About Me
As a passionate individual, my life revolves around the intersection of sports, health, and fitness. I embarked on my athletic journey as a college volleyball player, cultivating a solid foundation for discipline and teamwork. After graduating, I quickly found a love for long-distance running.
After welcoming my son into the world, I sought a versatile and engaging fitness outlet. Enter triathlons – a discovery that transformed my approach to training. The dynamic nature of swimming, cycling, and running provided not only a physical challenge but a mental and emotional one as well.
In the professional realm, I wear multiple hats with pride. As a physician assistant, I am committed to the well-being of my patients. Simultaneously, my role as a personal trainer and athletic trainer allows me to share my passion for fitness with others, guiding them on their journeys toward better health and performance.
The lessons learned from being a lifelong athlete and the resilience gained through motherhood have shaped my approach to triathlons. This multidimensional perspective informs my training methods, emphasizing physical prowess, mental fortitude, and holistic well-being. My story is one of balance, determination, and an unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries in the pursuit of a fulfilling and active life.
